Our Team
After years of planning and major renovations, the Dupuis family opened the cheesery in September of 2016.
Family owned and operated Old School Cheesery is a proud member of the Vermilion Alberta community.

Patrick Dupuis
He is the owner and operator of the Old School Cheesery.
Patrick served 25 years in the military and after his retirement in 2015, he decided to make his dream of owning his own business come true.

Valerie Roberts
Valerie works alongside her father operating and managing the business.
She's a Lakeland College Alumni having graduated from both the Animal Health Technology and Animal Science Technology programs.
After travelling to Australia for three months, she joined our team ready to manage our cheese plant and remain an asset in the cheesery.
